HUGS at Defiance Harley-Davidson

HUGS will join other local rescues at Defiance Harley-Davidson for a relaxing, dog-friendly day, filled with fun activities for everyone. Here's the schedule, courtesy of our host:
10am-3pm-Visit Rescues and Vendors.
11am 'til gone-$5 hot dogs, chips & soda or beer*
Dog friendly vendors
11:00am-Adopt-A-Dog Parade. The rescues will walk the dogs around for you to see in all their Furry Glory.
12pm-Advice by Double Rainbow Dog Training, LLC.
1pm-Dog Costume Contest. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes of $200, $100 and $50.00
We will have Rescues on-site for you to find your new family member!**
Other rescues onsite include Little White Dog Rescue, Haven Animal Rescue of Omaha, Bullies-N-Beyond ResQ Inc, SNAFU Rescue, Bailing out Benji, ShelterMe Nebraska, Taysia Blue, and Town & Country Animal Rescue.
*Please drink responsibly.

Dining for the Dogs

On Thursday, Nov 7th, from 4PM to 8PM at Don & Millies (16130 Evans Plaza, Omaha), mention HUGS at the time of purchase, and 20% of proceeds will be donated to the HUGS dogs! Stop in for dinner, or pick up an order to go. What a super easy and delicious way to help the dogs!
